The manager is very helpful anytime have a problem
I love this place I am so glad we found this place and it was available. It's very quite here. Everyone around seems to be ... friendly and above all the management is nice and understanding each time I have a problem. The maintaince is quick to respond. Landscape looks awful compared to the year we got here. We’ve had several bugs that I’ve submitted pictures and I still don’t ... get pest control that we pay for. I have lived at Oak Manor for only three months, and it has been a great experience. The staff has been there for me since ... I moved into this apartment. No matter my issue, they find a way to fix it. From furnishing this apartment to helping change light bulbs in fixtures. I have never lived in an apartment before, so I assumed the noise would be out of control but to my surprise, it is quiet even on the weekends!!
